Mi Casa Su Casa - Affordable Housing Expo
FREE to the Public! Food Trucks, entertainment, classes! Saturday, May 18th will be FREE and open to ALL who want to learn more about Affordable Housing and how they can attain the dream of home ownership! The day will begin at 10 am and feature a vendor fair with banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, housing agencies, realtors and builders. There will also be giveaways throughout the day, food trucks, a mariachi band and free child care. Throughout the day, various seminars will be held for home buyer education taught by Idaho Housing and Finance Association, NeighborWorks Boise, Freddie Mac, U.S. Bank and Icon Credit Union. As Idaho continues to increase in population growth and with it driving real estate costs.
