CWI Farm to Fork Dinner
College of Western Idaho (CWI) invites you to an evening of a sustainably sourced five course meal. Many of the ingredients for dinner will be harvested from the CWI Campus Garden the morning of the dinner. Additional ingredients are being graciously provided by local partners such as Wagyu beef from Coats Cattle Company, beer and ale from McCall Brewing, wine from Williamson Orchards & Vineyards, spirits from Koenig Distillery, desert from Stella's Ice Cream, and putting it all together will be chef Nate Lindskoog from The Tower Grill. Ticket holders are welcome to come and help harvest elements of dinner at the CWI Campus Garden during the morning of the dinner.
